Day 1: Quito–Antisana Ecological Reserve-Papallacta 
Antisana which is the fourth highest Ecuadorian volcano at 18,875 feet (5,753 m.)
Among the birds seeing easily are Andean gulls, carunculated caracaras, Andean seedeaters, hummingbirds and if you’re lucky the unique black-faced ibis and the Andean condor. Discover the unspoiled nature surrounding Mica Lagoon with many interesting fauna and plants such as wild gentians and various species of daisies adapted to this harsh mountain environment occur.
Approximately after a two-hour drive from Antisana to Papallacta Springs.
Includes entrance to Antisana Reserve, box lunch, and accommodation.

Day 2: Papallacta Hot Springs-Quito
Papallacta Hot Springs serves as an excellent retreat; unwind in deliciously warm thermal pools and enjoy a soothing array of massage therapy; the resort is located in the high moorlands on the last ridge line leading to the Amazon Basin, providing wonderful forest walks, bird watching, horseback riding (optional) and landscapes featuring the always-intriguing Polylepis trees
